Billing questions

What do credits buy?

Takes are priced per second by tier and resolution. Packaging an episode with all its cards is two credits, a draft two, a poster three, a library image three. The price is shown before every action.

Which credits are spent first?

Plan credits first, then pack credits. Plan credits reset to the allowance on each paid period; pack credits never expire.

Can I switch between Short Run and Full Season?

Yes, from the billing portal. Moving up charges the difference right away and adds the difference in credits; moving down takes effect when the current period ends.

When are credits returned?

Only when a job failed before any work started: a blocked description, or a render the service never accepted. Once a render, draft, poster or packaging job has started, its credits are spent even if the result is removed by moderation.

Do I get anything free?

2 credits on your first sign-in, enough to package one episode or draft one outline. Every generation after that is paid.
