Due to the pandemic, many physical events have been cancelled. Meanwhile, event organisers are not familiar with online events, and thus hesitate to completely turn physical into virtual. Therefore, organising a hybrid event becomes a more common option for event organisers.
Recently we provided one-stop event management solution to Tricor Seminar which was held in a hybrid way. EPISODE helped blast out confirmation emails with QR code to registered guests, so that guests could use QR code for a speedy check in and name badge printing at the event entrance. Meanwhile, to avoid any direct contact, we provided a self check in kiosk so that guests could manage the check in process on their own.
To cater the need of online guests, an on-demand event website was also developed. Guests could check out the event information like rundown, speaker bio, documents, photos etc, and watching live broadcast. even though they were not attending the event in person.
