A combination of physical and virtual event has become a common practice for event organisers as they have to cater for the need of overseas speakers and audience.
Our solution for University Founder's Day started from pre-event registration management, guests categorisation, onsite QR code check in, live streaming and virtual event platform for watching live. Guests who attended in person received the confirmation email with a QR code for onsite check in while those who viewed online received a confirmation email with a link for accessing our virtual event platform to watch the live show.
