EPISODE provided pre-event registration and seat management system to client's event at Hong Kong Cultural Centre.
Registered guests received e-ticket with QR code and the seating arrangement for digital check in. There was a high demand for the crowd control and EPISODE was managed to check in 600 guests in 15 mins.
Since the network signal is weak at the venue, instead of having an offline mode check in which cannot synchronise data across multiple iPads, we set up a local server at 4 entrances as a contingency plan so as to ensure a smooth QR code check in process with synchronised and real-time check in statistic.
