This year, it was held in a virtual way due to the pandemic. The platform is run by a smart recommendation engine which can facilitate a more fruitful and targeted business matching between exhibitors and buyers based on their online behavioural patterns, interested topics, background, etc. Auto email notification will be sent to both parties when an appointment is set up. Either party can approve, reject or cancel the appointment.
